Here is a sampling of my commercial real estate photography in the Washington County area. I am taking on a few more real estate clients, discerning ones who are in need of professionally photographed interior and exteriors for their listings. I am not interested in competing for jobs based on price. I try to be as fair as possible and base my fees on a sliding scale in regards to size and complexity of the job. After living in Kauai for 12 years the Utah pay scale is radically lower! A lot of editing time is involved besides the shooting aspect.
I thank Steve Harrington at Remax for inspiring me to launch this aspect of my professional services a couple of years ago.
Since we live in the Reserves in Entrada my preference to shoot is in St. George, Santa Clara & Ivins areas. I have been shooting for clients in the Little Valley & Hurricane area as well.
