Aerial images are a powerful tool to showcase properties. They tell a story as to the proximity of it's location and the surrounding areas. These images can help developers & realtors market their properties. Homeowners use these photographs to market vacation rentals.
Contractors and architects use the photos to show examples of their finished product.
In addition to photo usage, all images are also available in a variety of print surfaces and sizes. I print all of my work using a state of the art Epson wide format printer. Printed photos make for a great reference tool in offices.
AERIAL IMAGES OF THE THE ENTADA AREA PROPERTIES, ST. GEORGE, UTAH---
All of the photographs are copyrighted and registered to BRAD DAWBER. Absolutely no usage of any kind is permitted without a usage contract and payment . This includes all commercial and non-commercial applications, including printing, websites, print ads, social media, emailing, or any other form of electronic transmission. All offenders will be turned over to Brad Dawber's copyright attorney. There is zero tolerance for copyright infringement.
Pricing for the images is based on usage. Base price for 1 image to be used is $150. This would be a contract between Brad Dawber and client (realtor) and is a non-transferrable agreement if a listing changes. Discounts apply to multiple images of the same property, determined on a case by case scenario. The base price applies to images used to market one property and cannot be used to market a variety of properties that may be visible in the image, unless the usage is defined and agreed upon first.
Images on the site are at a lower resolution jpeg. All of the original files are shot in raw with both a Nikon D800 & D600, 36 and 24 megapixel cameras. The full size files are about 150-205 mb and have incredible detail and clarity. So if if an image needs to be cropped it will still be sharp.
Feel free to email me directly with any questions about photo usage. I do my work totally on a speculative basis without any commitment up front. If I have a list of properties that a client may want an aerial image of, then I put it on my list for my next aerial flight. Since helicopters are very expensive to charter, I need to have 5 or more potential properties before I would make a special flight. I will be adding to my portfolio of properties, mostly higher end neighborhoods, Kayenta is on the list.
I accept all credit cards as well as Paypal.
